We are (DOWNTOWN) SPRING BRANCH at the intersection of two major thoroughfares Long Point and Wirt with some of the best demographics in Houston. Our spaces were converted over a decade from what was a BANK PROPERTY which started as a local Long Point Street Bank in 1967, to BANK ONE, acquired by CHASE BANK as it's final occupant as a BANK BRANCH. The building, through it's various ownership has sought to preserve the building in a VINTAGE updated state, while also modernizing some aspects.
We believe in supporting entrepreneurs"Branching Out" with flexible WORK SPACE options. The Branch Space building is the business location for 50+ businesses which are some prominent organizations and small businesses in Houston. We are proud to state that the building historically has supported women and culturally diverse owned businesses in Spring Branch. The building recently changed hands in 2018, and while still supporting it's previous owners initiatives; it's concept is gearing toward transformation along with Spring Branch.
